ReplyHero for multi-location businesses

One brand voice, every location answered

Every branch has its own Google profile, its own reviews and its own team. ReplyHero answers them all in one consistent tone, while each reply still picks up on the location and what the customer wrote.

Businesses with multiple locations or franchises

Short answer

ReplyHero answers Google reviews for businesses with multiple locations or franchises. You connect each location's Google Business Profile, set one tone and sign-off, and ReplyHero writes a personal reply to every new review, based on what the customer actually experienced there. For each location you choose how replies reach Google: fully automatic, after a 48-hour review window, or only after approval.

Sound familiar?

Every branch replies differently

One manager writes three warm paragraphs, another a curt 'Thanks'. A third never replies at all. Customers see one brand and wonder which version is real.

Complaints that compare your own locations

'At your Northside store this always goes smoothly, so why not here?' A review like that needs a reply that takes it seriously without throwing a team under the bus.

Nobody knows who's supposed to reply

Head office assumes the branch handles it, the branch assumes head office does. Meanwhile a two-star review sits unanswered for a month.

How ReplyHero helps

One tone, local details

Set your tone and sign-off once. Every reply sounds like your brand but mentions the location, the team member or the detail from that review.

Control per location

Run your flagship on You approve, your established branches on Fully automatic and a new franchise with a review window. Each location keeps its own setting.

No double replies

If a branch manager already answered a review, ReplyHero sees it and never overwrites that reply. Head office and locations can work side by side.

Which reply mode fits you?

With a review window is the best starting point for most groups: every location gets a reply to every review, and there are 48 hours to adjust one if someone knows more. Once you trust the replies for a location, switch it to Fully automatic, or keep a sensitive one on You approve.

How it sounds

Two reviews and the replies ReplyHero wrote itself, in the professional tone.

Ryan

Brought my bike to the Riverside store for a service. Promised by Thursday, still not ready on Saturday and nobody called. At your Northside store this always goes smoothly, so why not here?

Reply from Spoke & Wheel

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Ryan. We understand how frustrating it is when a service timeline isn't met, particularly without communication. This falls short of the standard you've experienced at our Northside location, and we take that seriously.

We'd like to understand what happened with your Riverside service and make this right. Please contact us directly at your earliest convenience so we can investigate the delay and discuss how we can restore your confidence in that location. We value your business and want to ensure consistent service across all our stores.

Emily

Brilliant help from Brian at the Northside store. He let me test ride three e-bikes and calmly explained the differences between them. That's how it should be!

Reply from Spoke & Wheel

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Emily. We are delighted that Brian provided such thorough assistance with your e-bike selection. His patient approach to helping you understand the key differences between models reflects our commitment to ensuring customers make informed decisions. We appreciate your kind words and look forward to seeing you again at our Northside location.

Frequently asked questions

Should head office or each location answer reviews?

Both can work, and ReplyHero makes the choice smaller. It writes the reply for every location in your brand's tone, so nobody starts from a blank page. Then you decide per location who has the last word: replies post automatically, wait 48 hours so there's time to adjust them, or wait for approval in the portal.

How many locations can I connect?

On Starter and Pro you pay per location: each location you connect is $9 a month on Starter or $19 on Pro. Reply allowances add up, so three locations on Starter share 300 replies a month, and Pro has unlimited replies (fair use). The Free plan is free forever and covers one location with 3 replies a month. There is no contract and you can cancel any month, so you can start with a few branches and add more when it makes sense.

Can I use the same reply for every location?

Better not. Copy-pasted replies across locations look like nobody read the review. ReplyHero writes a new reply for each review, in the same brand tone but responding to what that customer mentions, such as the store, the staff member or the service they used. Customers get consistency without the feeling of a form letter.

What if a review is about a different location?

ReplyHero replies on the profile where the review was posted and responds to what the customer wrote. If they mention another branch, the reply can acknowledge that calmly and invite them to get in touch. With a review window or You approve, you can add exactly which location will follow up before the reply goes live.

Every review deserves a reply.

Connect your Google Business Profile and choose your tone. Free forever for one location, or from $9 per location per month, cancel any month.
