Frequently asked questions

Will you post anything on my profile?

No. In the preview ReplyHero only writes replies and shows them to you. Nothing goes to Google until you choose a plan and decide yourself how replies are posted.

Why does Google ask for management access?

Google has one permission for reviews: managing your Business Profile. It is needed to read your reviews. In the preview we only use it to read.

What happens to my data?

We create a ReplyHero account with your Google account's email address, so you can pick up later. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account, and we delete your account on request. More in our privacy statement.
