ReplyHero for hotels and stays

Reply to every guest, in their own language

Travelers who are about to book look you up on Google and read how you treated the guests before them. ReplyHero makes sure each of those reviews has a personal reply, whether it was written in English, French or German.

Hotels, B&Bs and vacation rentals

Short answer

ReplyHero answers Google reviews for hotels, B&Bs and vacation rentals. It reads each new review on your Google Business Profile and writes a personal reply in your chosen tone, with a fixed sign-off if you like, in the language the guest wrote in. It thanks guests for what they mention and acknowledges complaints about noise, cleanliness or breakfast. For each property, you choose how replies are posted.

Sound familiar?

Booking sites get answered, Google doesn't

You reply faithfully on Booking.com and Airbnb because the platform reminds you. On Google, reviews sit for months, right where undecided guests look you up.

Reviews in four languages

A Dutch couple, a German family, a guest from Lyon. Writing a careful reply in a language you barely speak takes far longer than the review deserves.

The same complaint, one more time

Street noise, a cold room at night, croissants gone by half past nine. Answering the tenth version without sounding tired or copy-pasted is harder than it looks.

How ReplyHero helps

Replies in the guest's language

Set the reply language to automatic and ReplyHero answers each review in the language it was written in, with the same tone and the same sign-off.

Personal at any volume

Every reply responds to what that guest wrote: the receptionist they named, the breakfast they loved, the noise that kept them awake. No two guests get the same thank you.

Complaints acknowledged, not excused

ReplyHero names the problem plainly and invites the guest to get in touch, without arguing in public. A review you already answered yourself is never overwritten.

Which reply mode fits you?

Fully automatic suits most hotels and rentals: reviews come in every week, often in several languages, and the traveler comparing places reads your profile today, not next Tuesday. You set the tone and sign-off once, and you can switch a property to a review window whenever you'd like to look first.

Laura

Lovely location and friendly staff, but we hardly slept. Music from the bar across the street until 2 a.m., and the windows keep none of it out. For this price we expected a quiet room.

Reply from The Willow House

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Laura. We are pleased you found our location lovely and appreciated our staff. However, we sincerely regret that noise from the neighbouring bar disrupted your sleep and fell short of your expectations for the room quality at our price point. This is a concern we take seriously. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this experience with you directly and explore how we might make this right. Please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can address your concerns properly and ensure future guests have a better experience.

Hannah

Small hotel with a big heart. Mark at reception booked us a table at a great local restaurant, the room was spotless and breakfast was worth getting up for.

Reply from The Willow House

Thank you for the wonderful review, Hannah. We are delighted that Mark could assist with your dining arrangements and that you enjoyed your stay. Your kind words about the cleanliness of your room and our breakfast offering mean a great deal to our team. We take pride in creating a welcoming environment where our guests feel genuinely cared for. We would be delighted to welcome you back to The Willow House whenever you next visit the area.

Frequently asked questions

Should we reply on Google if we already reply on booking sites?

Yes. Many guests find you on a booking site, then search your name on Google before they book. If the reviews there have no replies, it clashes with the care you show everywhere else. ReplyHero takes care of Google for you, so you don't have to keep one more inbox in your head during the busy season.

Does replying actually make a difference for hotels?

Research by Proserpio and Zervas (Marketing Science, 2017) found that hotels that started responding to reviews saw a 0.12-star increase in ratings and a 12% increase in review volume. That is one study of hotels, not a promise for your property. What a reply always does is show the next guest how you treat people when something goes wrong.

Can it reply in French, German or Spanish?

Yes. With the reply language set to automatic, each guest gets a reply in the language of their own review, with the tone and sign-off you chose. If you prefer, you can also pick one fixed reply language instead: Dutch, French, English, German, Spanish or Italian. Either way, you never have to fight with a translation tool again.

We run a small B&B. Will it still sound like us?

Yes. Choose a friendly tone, or write your own instructions, for example that you address guests by first name and mention the garden or the homemade breakfast where it fits. Add your own names as the sign-off, like 'Ellen and Peter'. Every reply then reads like a note from the hosts, not from a hotel chain.
