ReplyHero for hair and beauty
Your hands are full. Your reviews get answered.
You spend the day with scissors, brushes and files in your hands, not your phone. ReplyHero answers every Google review in your salon's voice, from a thank you for a stylist by name to a calm reply about a color that didn't turn out right.

Short answer
ReplyHero answers Google reviews for hair salons, beauty salons and nail studios. It writes a personal reply to each new review in your salon's tone, with your sign-off. It thanks clients for the stylist or result they mention, and answers complaints about a color, a long wait or gel polish that lifted with understanding and an invitation to come in. You decide whether replies post automatically or wait for you.
Sound familiar?
The color that went wrong
A client asked for warm copper and went home with orange. The review stings, especially when you remember the consultation, and the defensive reply practically writes itself.
Praise for your stylists, left hanging
Clients mention Josh or Sarah by name. Those are the reviews that keep a team proud, and they're the first to slip when the book is full.
Complaints that need a careful tone
Hygiene, a skin reaction, polish lifting after a week. These call for a calm, serious reply, never a public discussion of someone's skin or treatment.
How ReplyHero helps
Acknowledge, don't defend
ReplyHero acknowledges the disappointment, doesn't blame photos, hair type or expectations, and invites the client back in to talk it through.
Every stylist thanked by name
When a review mentions someone on your team, the reply thanks them by name and picks up on what the client loved, so your regulars never get the same line twice.
A second look when it matters
With a review window, each reply waits 48 hours before it goes live, time enough to add an offer to fix a color. If you've already replied yourself, ReplyHero never overwrites it.
Which reply mode fits you?
- Fully automatic
- With a review windowOur pick
- You approve
With a review window suits most salons: the many happy reviews go out on their own, while you have 48 hours to adjust a reply about a color or a reaction and add your own offer. You never have to approve anything between appointments.
How it sounds
Two reviews and the replies ReplyHero wrote itself, in the friendly tone.
Chloe
Asked for a warm copper and left with something closer to orange. I mentioned it when I paid and was told it would wash out. Three washes later it's still far too bright, and it wasn't cheap.
Reply from Studio Bloom
Hi Chloe, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm genuinely sorry the copper tone didn't turn out as you'd hoped, and I understand how frustrating that must be, especially when it hasn't shifted after multiple washes. We take colour matching seriously at Studio Bloom, and it sounds like we missed the mark for you. I'd really like to make this right. Please reach out to us directly at your earliest convenience so we can discuss options that work for you. You can contact us through our website or give us a call. We value your trust and want to ensure you leave feeling satisfied.
Amy
Finally went for the short bob I'd been too scared to try. Josh really took the time to talk through what would suit my face, and it's exactly what I wanted.
Reply from Studio Bloom
Hi Amy, thank you so much for trusting Josh with such an important change. It's wonderful to hear that he took the time to really understand your vision and delivered exactly what you were hoping for. That confidence you felt in his hands is what we strive for at Studio Bloom. We're thrilled you're loving your new bob, and we can't wait to see you again soon.

Frequently asked questions
Won't my clients notice the replies aren't written by me?
Not if they're done well. ReplyHero writes a fresh reply to each review, picking up on what the client actually mentions: the stylist, the color, the wait. You choose a friendly, professional or formal tone, or describe your salon's own voice, and add a sign-off like 'Love, the Studio Bloom team'. You can read replies before they go live whenever you like.
Will a reply mention which treatment a client had?
You can make sure it never does. With custom instructions, you tell ReplyHero not to name treatments or comment on anyone's skin, hair or health in a public reply, and to invite the client to call or come in instead. That keeps sensitive complaints, like an allergic reaction, out of the public conversation and in the salon where they belong.
Can a reply offer a free correction?
If a free correction is part of your salon's policy, write it into your custom instructions so replies can mention it. Or choose a review window or You approve and add the offer yourself to the replies where it fits. Either way, you decide exactly what your salon commits to in public, case by case.
Do I need to reply to star-only reviews?
It helps. A row of five-star ratings without a reply looks like nobody is listening, while a short thank you shows new clients a salon that pays attention. ReplyHero replies to these too, with a short and varied thank you, so even a quiet stream of ratings gets answered without you picking up your phone.
