RightResponse AI is a US tool that answers reviews with AI and focuses on small and mid-sized businesses with one to a few dozen locations. Anyone looking for an AI tool for Google reviews comes across the name often, in Europe too.

What is RightResponse AI good at?
RightResponse AI stands out with what it calls Message-Informed Review Responses: you record approved messages, such as services, policies and current offers, and the AI picks the information that fits each review. On top of that it has detailed rules per star rating and a broad package around reviews.
- Library of business information: approve messages at company, brand, region or location level, so the reply adds something useful for the next reader.
- Rules per star rating: choose which ratings wait for approval, separate settings for reviews with and without text, publishing delays and permitted hours.
- Approve from email: review, edit, schedule or publish a reply from the notification email on your phone, without logging in.
- More than 100 platforms: reviews from Google and more than 100 other review platforms in one workflow. Direct publishing works for Google; for other sources you copy the reply and mark it as published.
- 60+ languages: replies in the language of the review, with a translation for whoever approves it.
- Broader package: review requests by email and text message, sentiment analysis, Google Maps rank tracking, competitor analysis and a Done For You service where their team does the work.

What do RightResponse AI and ReplyHero cost?
Both charge per location per month. RightResponse AI starts at $10 a month plus credits (PAYGO) or $19 a month for 100 replies (Core). ReplyHero starts free with 3 replies a month, and Starter costs €9 a month for 100 replies, excluding VAT.

RightResponse AI charges in dollars, so what you pay in euros or pounds depends on the exchange rate. Extra capacity at RightResponse comes as add-on packs, available only on Pro and Pro+. At ReplyHero, Pro is unlimited within fair use.
How does ReplyHero differ from RightResponse AI?
ReplyHero deliberately does less: Google reviews only, three clear modes per location and a price in euros. That makes it quicker to set up, but you miss the extra modules and other platforms that RightResponse AI does have.
- Free plan with no end date: you can work with real reviews for months before paying. A free preview also shows AI replies to your own Google reviews, and the reply generator on the site works without an account.
- Simplicity: fully automatic, a 48-hour grace period, or approve yourself. Per location you can make low ratings always wait, for example 4 and 5 stars automatic and 1 to 3 stars only after your approval.
- One-click approval: straight from the email listing replies that are waiting, without logging in. RightResponse AI offers something similar.
- Facts per location: opening hours, parking, a booking link or an offer that the AI only mentions when the review calls for it. Simpler than the RightResponse message library, but also less extensive.
- Never over your own reply: before posting, ReplyHero checks whether you already replied and leaves your reply in place.
- European and in six languages: a service of NorthernLights Solutions BV in Antwerp, Belgium. The site and portal are available in Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish and Italian, and replies can be written in the reviewer's language.
